The CMRR software downloads have migrated to a new site!

If you have not visited this page since Dec 26, 2025, you will need to reset your password. Your username is the email address that you used to sign the University of Minnesota license agreement.

Note that the University of Minnesota license agreement to download this software package is for an individual. If your institution needs to change or add additional authorized people to download AutoVOI, each person will need to sign the sign the license agreement and then CMRR will create an account on this site.

The AutoVOI package contains the necessary codes for automated voxel prescription for single-voxel spectroscopy developed at the CMRR. The package contains both bash and python codes for the Linux server as well as Windows batch code for the MRI consoles. This package is available for use at other institutions on compatible 3T scanners by an agreement with CMRR. For sites with Siemens 3T MRI systems, a custom MRS pulse sequence package compatible with AutoVOI is available with a C2P agreement with CMRR and Siemens.

License

Obtaining a license

The available supported software versions are listed below. If you are interested in obtaining this package, please follow this process to obtain a CMRR license:

  1. Select the license from the OTC website and complete the license agreement.
  2. CMRR will send you your account information.

Once you have executed the License Agreement and have been given an access password, the software can be downloaded from the Download link below.
